Quick Guide - Configuring Site Details

For each site for which you are responsible, you can use the Site tab on the Customer Data screen to manage the following site details:

  • Determine whether to restrict users at a site to being matched only with ride intents offered within your company (this option is only available if your company allows cross-company matching)
  • Change site addresses
  • View the current terms of use
  • Specify the list of support contacts that are available via the call our help desk link in the Support section of the TwoGo application
  • View the automatically generated timetable URLs for each of your sites

Tasks

Setting or removing restricted matching

  1. On the Customer Data tab, open the Site tab.
  2. Select relevant site.
  3. In the Site Details screen are, open the Common tab.
  4. Set the options according to your needs:
    • To limit the matching of ride intents to within your company, select the Restricted Matching checkbox.
    • To allow cross-company matching, leave the checkbox unselected.
  5. Click Save. Your modification is reflected in the Restricted Matching column in the sites list.

Modifying site addresses

  1. On the Master Data tab, select the Site tab and then the relevant site.
  2. On the Site Details form, open the Address tab.
  3. click Select to open the Address Picker.
  4. In the Address Picker, enter the city, street name and building number, then select the exact address from the suggestions proposed. The address is indicated by a pin on the map.
  5. Click Apply to confirm, then Save.

Viewing current terms of use

As a site administrator you can only display the text of the terms of use currently in effect for your sites. Sites can either use the standard TwoGo terms of use, or have their own site-specific wording. To set up site-specific terms of use or revert to the global TwoGo version, contact the TwoGo Help Desk.

To view the terms of use:

  1. On the Master Data tab, select the Site tab.

In the sites list, those sites with site-specific terms of use have the Own Terms of Use checkbox selected.

  1. Select the relevant site.
  2. On the Site Details form, open the Terms of Use tab to view the actual text of the terms of use.

Managing support contacts

To modify the list of support contacts available to users at your sites via call our help desk link in the Support section of the TwoGo application:

  1. On the Master Data tab, select the Site tab.
  2. On the Site Details form, open the Support Contacts tab.
  3. Make the modifications you require to the list of current contacts.
  4. Click Save.

Viewing the timetable URLs

For each of your sites, you can view the automatically generated timetable URLs in the Timetable Links section.
